Marie Porter is the author of the "Spandex Simplified" line of sewing manuals, and has been a professional spandex costumer since the early 1990s. Over the course of her career, she has sewn for stage, TV, and movies, WWE athletes, the Canadian national synchro swim team, and figure skaters, swimmers, wrestlers, and cosplayers around the world.
